Site layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island among the images.
Furthermore featured in this recent image drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing various areas of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for boat shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the current investigative process.
